Thank you for shopping with Marble & Canvas, the retail gallery of the Kansas City Art Institute. The following information explains our shipping policies and final sale terms.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received, excluding weekends, holidays, and periods of unusually high order volume.
Because many items are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or prepared individually for shipment, processing times may occasionally be longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
We offer standard and expedited shipping options for eligible items. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, value, and destination of your order. Applicable shipping costs will be communicated after your purchase is completed.
Not all items are eligible for shipping. Certain original works of art, oversized pieces, fragile items, or other specialty products may be available for in-store pickup only. These items will be clearly identified on the product page.
International shipping may be available for select items and destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if applicable.
Due to the unique nature of original artwork, limited-edition pieces, and artist-made goods, all sales are final. Marble & Canvas does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and photographs carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about an item before ordering, we encourage you to contact us.
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us within five (5) business days of delivery.
